Deliveries are made Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays between 4 PM and 7 PM. We return the tanks on the next date our service is offered automatically unless otherwise requested. If contact isn't made the tanks will be stored in our secure location pend a successful contact.
Tanks need to be scheduled for pickup by 12 PM On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. After your first pickup, we can arrange special pickup and drop-off locations at your residence. We take a photo of the tanks a will message you when were on-site. *We are not responsible for any missing or stolen tanks.
For your first pickup, we need to get a picture or copy of your Open Water and/or Nitrox Certificate for our records. We cannot fill any tanks without these credentials. These can also be shared VIA text message.
Tank Rental:
- Tanks are rented out on a per-day basis.
- Tanks must be secured with a Credit Card unless you hold a fill card with us.
- A one time waiver must b e filled out.
- Must show an open-water / Nitrox card.
All tanks to be filled must be:
- Within a yearly inspection.
- In good working order.
- Either Yoke or Din valves.
- Within Hydro.
We Cannot Fill:
- Can not be custom painted.
- Out-of-date tanks. Visual and or Hydro.
- Tanks with visual structural damage.
- Fills Cards are 100% refundable until your first fill.
- Once a fill card is used for the first time it cannot be refunded.
- We are not responsible of any tanks left outside at the owners request.
